How quickly can you install?

Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from agreement to launch, depending on site requirements and delivery schedules. Our quickest launch was 7 days from initial enquiry to first meals served.

How often are the fridges restocked?

Most sites are restocked 2–3 times per week, depending on usage, headcount and office attendance patterns. Higher-volume sites may be replenished more frequently to keep the range fresh and in stock.

What do we need to provide on site?

Floor space for the fridge and a standard power socket. That's it. We handle hardware, install, connectivity, payments, restocking and support.

How do employees pay?

Employees scan the QR code on the fridge, download the Compound app and sign up. They unlock the fridge through the app, take what they want, and the items they removed are charged automatically — no till, no queue.

Is there a long-term contract?

We usually begin with a 3-month trial period to validate the setup for your team. After that we move onto a rolling agreement or longer-term partnership depending on the site.
